Responsibilities:
Carry out the onboarding process of new client accounts Conduct kick-off meetings with clients Build and configure AI assistants using internal tools Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients through WhatsApp Deliver the first version of the AI promptly Monitor and manage onboarding timelines Provide initial training and resources to clients
