Minimum 3+ years of sales experience within software OR solutions sales (5+ preferred) Demonstrated success engaging executive stakeholders Experience navigating complex customer interactions Demonstrated ability to generate new business, build relationships, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-Level relationships An analytical mindset and logical planning capabilities Track record of consistently achieving sales targets Experience fostering a customer-first focus in a “win as a team” environment Experience working in a high growth start-up environment An existing network of contacts with public sector buyers is ideal
