Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required. 6+ years of experience in digital media, client services, or performance operations; vertical (Home Services) expertise strongly preferred. Demonstrated success leading teams supporting digital performance marketing and/or multi-channel media execution. Deep understanding of paid media channels (search, social, programmatic, streaming), creative strategy, and analytics. Proven track record managing client escalations and maintaining strong client relationships. Strong operational background — experience building scalable processes, training, and verticalized playbooks. Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to simplify complex topics for stakeholders at all levels. Data-driven mindset with experience using performance analytics and visualization tools. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership mentality.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a cross-functional team to ensure strong campaign execution, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. Oversee campaign strategy and delivery across paid media channels, ensuring measurable performance aligned to client and Ignite National objectives. Manage key client escalations and maintain strong executive-level relationships. Drive innovation by advancing adoption of new digital advertising strategies, tools, and technologies. Ensure vertical alignment by tailoring strategies, processes, and campaign plans to the unique needs of each industry. Partner with Account Management, Creative, Sales, and Performance teams to align messaging, planning, and optimization. Identify and support growth opportunities through proactive strategy expansion and value-add service recommendations. Uphold Ignite National brand standards across campaign execution, deliverables, and communication. Oversee reporting frameworks to translate data into insights that improve outcomes and guide strategic decision-making. Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement. Perform additional duties as needed, based on business and leadership priorities.
