Requirements:
4-6+ years in events, experiential marketing, field marketing, community management, or similar roles (B2B SaaS or HR/TA-adjacent is a plus). Owned and run end-to-end programs from concept to post-event follow-up. Proven ability to deliver exceptional, memorable events. Detail-oriented and expert in project management, leveraging tools like Asana. Proven track record managing multiple vendors, agencies, and contractors. Strong partner and influencer, able to align GTM teams. Comfortable being visible and representing GoodTime externally. Organized, proactive, and energized by program development and improvement.
Responsibilities:
Own the event portfolio, including a major owned event, conference sponsorships, VIP dinners, activations, and virtual sessions. Design and run unforgettable event experiences. Build a year-long narrative connecting all event touchpoints. Drive attendance and engagement through strategic invite and follow-up processes. Actively participate in external TA communities and forums. Own and grow the dedicated community space for TA and TA Ops leaders. Source and manage speakers, influencers, analysts, vendors, and venues. Measure and report on event and community performance, sharing insights for refinement.
