2-3 years of experience in event management, field marketing, or community roles ideally in B2B SaaS. Proven ability to plan and execute events - from small dinners to large activations. Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and event platforms (Lu.ma, or similar). Comfortable building simple landing pages, managing email lists, and running event promotion campaigns. Skilled in vendor sourcing, budget tracking, and on-site coordination. Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships teams. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities. Familiar with tracking and reporting event performance (attendance, engagement, and pipeline impact). Experience managing partner collaborations or maintaining relationships with GTM leaders and communities is a plus.
