7+ years of experience in healthcare sales. At least 3+ years selling solutions to risk-bearing providers. Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. Deep understanding of HCC coding, chart retrieval, risk adjustment, and value-based care. Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Experience working cross-functionally. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
