Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from a nationally recognized institution. 7–10 years of enterprise sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota in complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Proven success selling AI-powered and/or clinically oriented solutions into healthcare provider organizations. Comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment – selling new-to-market products and developing new segments. Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills. Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings and industry events.
Responsibilities:
Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and contracting. Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities across health systems, medical groups, and virtual care providers. Collaborate with leadership to shape our go-to-market strategy and refine messaging. Represent OutcomesAI at industry conferences, client meetings, and events to build brand awareness and credibility. Contribute to building and mentoring a high-performing sales team as the company grows.
