Requirements:
7+ years of experience in a brokerage, trading, or capital markets role. At least 3 years in a leadership position. Experience in the cryptocurrency or digital asset space is highly preferred. Strong understanding of market structure, trading protocols, and risk management in both traditional and digital asset markets. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Drive sales pipeline growth within brokerage division targeting corporate clients, banks, and financial institutions. Source, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities for trading and tokenization infrastructure. Collaborate with senior sales managers on account plans and deal pitches. Assist with RFPs, proposals, pricing models, and contract negotiations. Conduct industry and competitor research. Support sales campaigns and client outreach. Stay informed on regulatory developments and market trends.
