Requirements:
6+ years in growth, demand gen, or performance/social marketing roles Track record of driving leads (non-search paid channels) Deep experience running programs on at least 3 of: LinkedIn, Meta (IG/Facebook), YouTube, Reddit/Quora, or similar communities Proven community management experience (Reddit or industry forums) Strong experimentation mindset: A/B testing, understanding of uplift/lift Comfort using analytics and dashboards Highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment High level knowledge and experience working with the Microsoft Suite of products Experience with Adobe Experience with Zoom Conferencing Technology Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing (Preferred) Experience in legal, healthcare, or other regulated/high-trust industries (Preferred) Comfort using CRM/analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot dashboards, GA4) (Preferred)
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute full-funnel growth programs across social channels Build and manage always-on and campaign-based programs Plan and promote webinars and virtual events Own social media strategy and execution Manage and grow communities across Reddit and other forums Monitor conversations about Modern Family Law Turn core guides and articles into distribution plans Brief and prioritize content needs Ensure content is appropriately packaged, promoted, and repurposed Run structured experiments in Reddit, Quora, and niche communities Track, manage, and report on reputation indicators Design and run growth experiments with clear hypotheses and KPIs Own dashboards and channel-level reporting Collaborate with the Dir of Marketing and Marketing team on playbooks Work closely with SEO, Web, Intake, and Legal leads Provide feedback loops on audience questions, campaign resonance, and funnel/content gaps
