Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a business development or sales role with average deal sizes greater than $200,000 / year. 2 years of experience in a company pre-product-market-fit. Strong communicator who knows how to align stakeholders and build trust across functions. Passion for startups, teams, and helping people.
Responsibilities:
Consistently generate qualified leads for the sales team. Curate messaging based around known personas. Outreach to known personas to schedule meetings. Communicate with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and other key members of the go-to-market team prior to scheduled meetings. Follow up after calls with prospective customers. Confirm with leads before meetings to ensure no shows are at a minimum. Perform a cadence of cold Emails, Sales Navigator messages, and cold calls. Communicate valuable feedback from prospects with the go-to-market team. Keep our CRM up to date and perform tasks in a timely manner
