Requirements:
Experience in B2B SaaS sales. German language skills on a native / C2 level. Fluent English skills. Experience working with a portfolio of existing customers. Experience with cross- and up-selling. ERP/EDI/E-invoicing experience (nice to have). Previous working experience at a growing SaaS scale up (nice to have).
Responsibilities:
Strategically develop existing customers and establish long-term business relationships. Identify opportunities for up- and cross-selling. Manage own portfolio of clients. Listen to customers and communicate feedback. Plan and execute customer experience activities. Execute sales campaigns in cooperation with marketing & business development. Attend events and exhibitions.
