Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Background in customer service with strong verbal and written communication. Dedicated to exceeding customer expectations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Power BI). Property Management software experience is a plus. Effective communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others. Proactive in addressing issues and improving processes. Adaptable to changing priorities and technologies. Minimum internet speed of 30mbps (wired). Processor: i5 11th Gen or higher. Operating System: Windows 11 / MacOS Catalina or higher. Minimum of 8 GB RAM. Private and quiet dedicated home office area. Back-ups for power or internet interruptions. Good headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling headset).
Responsibilities:
Proactively contact residents to discuss lease renewals. Communicate renewal options, lease terms, and rent increases. Address resident concerns and objections regarding renewals. Negotiate lease terms to maximize retention rates. Ensure timely processing of lease renewals. Respond to resident inquiries via phone, email, and other channels. Provide accurate information regarding lease agreements and community guidelines. Assist residents with move-out procedures. Ensure residents comply with renter's insurance requirements. Escalate complex issues to appropriate on-site team members.
