Senior Consultant – Financial Planning and Analysis

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or related financial roles. Demonstrated expertise in FERC accounting and Utility industry financial operations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven success in developing and implementing strategic plans. Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes. Develop, maintain, and refine financial models and tools. Analyze financial performance and key drivers. Design and implement scalable FP&A processes. Collaborate with client leadership teams. Prepare and present executive-ready materials. Ensure compliance with FERC accounting standards.
