Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or related financial roles. Demonstrated expertise in FERC accounting and Utility industry financial operations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven success in developing and implementing strategic plans. Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
