Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or related financial roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in FERC accounting and Utility industry financial operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven success in developing and implementing strategic plans.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
- Develop, maintain, and refine financial models and tools.
- Analyze financial performance and key drivers.
- Design and implement scalable FP&A processes.
- Collaborate with client leadership teams.
- Prepare and present executive-ready materials.
- Ensure compliance with FERC accounting standards.
