Develop and oversee financial strategic planning and budgeting process Develop and monitor key performance indicators with operational teams Partner with Accounting and functional leads to develop & execute standardized financial reporting Lead a team that works cross functionally to evaluate strategic initiatives Evaluate potential investments, business models and strategic initiatives Prepare clear financial reports and present them effectively to the executive team and Board of Directors Identify and implement process improvements within the FP&A function Build and manage a high-performing FP&A team
