Data Analyst (Finance & Accounting)

2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, or similar role. Proficiency with SQL, including joins, filters, aggregations, and basic window functions. Hands-on experience building reports or dashboards in Tableau (preferred) or Power BI. Exposure to, or strong interest in, Finance or Accounting data. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data quality. Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders and translate needs into data requirements. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Understand reporting needs with Finance and Accounting stakeholders. Write and maintain SQL queries for reports and analysis. Build and update Tableau dashboards and reports. Support recurring reporting and close processes. Perform data validation and quality checks. Assist in identifying and investigating trends in financial and operational data. Collaborate with senior analysts and data engineers. Help drive standardization and automation of reports.
