Bachelor's degree in Accounting. CPA certification strongly preferred. 7+ years of progressive financial leadership roles. 3-5 years in a multi-entity nonprofit environment. Experience managing budgets over $10 million. Extensive experience with intercompany transactions. Proven experience leading annual audits. Proficiency with NetSuite accounting software. Strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated commitment to advancing educational equity.

Manage the organization's financial resources through strategic fiscal planning, financial reporting, and analysis. Maintain robust financial systems and internal controls. Provide strategic financial guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal management. Lead annual audits and Form 990 preparation, liaising with external auditors. Develop and deliver financial reporting and dashboards. Manage cash flow and forecasting, optimize banking relationships. Ensure internal controls, compliance with GAAP, and regulatory laws. Maintain a cost-sharing allocation model. Produce consolidated financial statements. Manage intercompany transactions. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing. Partner with external auditors and prepare regulatory reports. Manage financial forecasting and annual budgeting. Prepare monthly financial statements and analysis. Monitor financial performance against budget. Provide financial data for grant proposals and donor reports. Manage and develop the finance and accounting team. Evaluate and implement financial systems and software.
