Director, Finance & Accounting

Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required. MSc or MA will be a bonus, along with CPA or other relevant certification. 5+ years of experience in accounting/finance in the real estate sector is required. OpCo/PropCo experience is a plus. Strong Excel skills. Strong communication and analytical skills. Strong technical skills, product management or engineering experience is a big plus. Ability to operate independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment. Possess strong attention to detail, good business acumen, and excellent analytical skills.

Oversee all financial operations for both OpCo and PropCo. Manage financial reporting for PropCo investors, including SEC filings/reports. Build and manage K1 tax reporting for investors. Manage annual audits for OpCo and PropCo. Oversee management of entities (LLCs) and state filings. Handle cash flow management. Collaborate with product and engineering teams on company ledger and reporting. Conduct financial planning and analysis. Manage third-party service providers.
