Controller - Finance & Accounting

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) required. 10+ years of progressive accounting experience. At least 3 years in a Controller or Assistant Controller role. Deep, hands-on experience in accounting for value-based care (VBC) arrangements. Expertise in applying and documenting complex technical accounting standards (US GAAP), including revenue recognition (ASC 606). Strong working knowledge of major ERP systems (e.g., Sage Intaact). Proficiency with advanced data analysis tools (Excel, data cubes/BI tools). Proven experience managing annual external audits.

Own the entire financial close process (monthly, quarterly, annual). Serve as the in-house expert on technical accounting for value-based care arrangements. Oversee the development of cost accounting methodologies. Manage all aspects of annual external financial audits and tax compliance. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems. Own the integrity of the Balance Sheet. Build a small and effective corporate accounting team.
