Requirements:
4+ years of proven success in outside sales, preferably with experience in financial services, marketing, restaurant or related industry. Prospector mentality with a persistent, self-motivated approach to new business development in a field sales environment. Strong financial acumen to discuss fees and financials. Excellent communication, both verbal and written. Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce. Familiarity with MS Office/Outlook. High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling, door-to-door sales, and outreach to meet sales quotas. Develop and grow a robust pipeline, scheduling in-person meetings and advancing sales. Build lasting relationships with new leads and existing customers. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure goals are met. Maintain comprehensive sales records and follow-up activity in CRM.
