Bachelor’s degree in any field Technical problem-solving ability English language proficiency (B2 level +) Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, or similar authoring tools Experience creating structured educational presentations Understanding of instructional flow, visual hierarchy, and logic in content design Basic graphic and visual design skills Fundamental knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodology General understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) Ability to work independently and collaboratively Proactive attitude and motivation to grow in instructional design and e-learning Interest in using AI tools Proficiency in developing eLearning content using Articulate 360 Storyline, Rise, or equivalent tools Experience applying adult learning principles within e-learning or blended training format Familiarity with SCORM standards and LMS publishing workflows Proven experience using AI-powered tools for content creation, learner personalization, or automation of training delivery

Assist in the development of interactive eLearning courses Create and refine visual elements and supporting graphics Revise course content based on feedback Test and troubleshoot course functionality Ensure consistent quality and usability across devices Upload and maintain course content in the LMS Track course versions and manage updates Work with subject matter experts to gather requirements Participate in team projects and brainstorming sessions Support the Training Department in planning and implementing programs Manage training records Schedule live virtual sessions Participate in creating and updating training materials Keep training project documentation organized
