Requirements:
5–8+ years in People Ops, HR Generalist roles or Total Rewards role. Strong experience in compensation operations (benchmarking, leveling, merit cycles). Hands-on LOA administration experience (Tilt preferred). HRIS expertise with proven ability to optimize systems (Rippling preferred). Experience supporting global teams; EU exposure strongly preferred. Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and a solutions-focused mindset. Proactive, solution-oriented, and self-starting. Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Responsibilities:
Own Total Rewards (compensation, benefits, LOA) including market benchmarking, pay band creation, and merit cycle planning. Administer US and global benefits and serve as the primary administrator for all LOAs. Act as systems expert and primary owner of HRIS (Rippling preferred), ensuring data accuracy and automation opportunities. Own LMS administration and drive adoption of self-serve learning content. Support the full employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate data, consistent processes, and high-quality employee experience. Provide support for US compliance tasks and serve as a backup for EU/UK payroll, benefits, and statutory requirements.
