Act as systems expert and primary owner of HRIS (Rippling preferred), ensuring data accuracy and automation opportunities. Own LMS administration and drive adoption of self-serve learning content. Support the full employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate data, consistent processes, and high-quality employee experience. Provide support for US compliance tasks and serve as a backup for EU/UK payroll, benefits, and statutory requirements.
