3–5+ years of hands-on CRO or e-commerce optimization experience. Strong expertise with experimentation tools (e.g., Bloomreach, Optimizely, Google Optimize/Sites, VWO, Convert.com, AB Tasty, etc.). Solid analytics capability: GA4, Looker/Tableau, Hotjar/FullStory, ContentSquare. Experience optimizing Shopify or other major e-commerce platforms. Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices. Ability to convert data into compelling recommendations. Clear communication skills with strong prioritization judgment. Comfortable working as a contractor: autonomous, proactive, and fast-moving.
