5+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a mobile-first or subscription-based business. Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns with >$1M monthly budget responsibility. Deep knowledge of key UA metrics (e.g., CTR, CR, CPI, ROAS, LTV) and familiarity with attribution models. In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, and Facebook Ads, with hands-on media buying experience. Strong project management, prioritization, and execution skills. Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and an analytical mindset. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Strong background in data analytics and/or engineering is highly preferred.
