5-8+ years designing consumer mobile experiences, with a substantial portion spent on subscription or purchase flows. Experience at a mobile app studio/product team owning monetization UX, or at an agency/consultancy designing/optimizing paywalls. Strong conversion & experimentation mindset, defining hypotheses, success metrics, and test plans. Experience using analytics and experimentation tools. Mobile-first product design skills, including interaction and visual design. Strong UX writing instincts. Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g. Figma). Customer-facing communication skills, ability to lead workshops and strategy sessions. Great written communication for async collaboration.
