Requirements:
Strong understanding of attribution, reattribution, and incrementality. Proven track record in affiliate marketing with an established network in UK and Europe. Proven ability to negotiate competitive terms and secure high-value partnerships. Deep understanding of UK, European, and US ecommerce markets. Experience building and scaling affiliate programs from the ground up. Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Strong understanding of different affiliate partner types. Experience writing editorial content is a big advantage. Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance. Ability to use Excel to review margins and cut data. Highly organised, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Experience working with affiliate networks and tracking platforms. Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven approach. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. A data-led analytical approach to understanding attribution. Ambitious, driven, and hungry marketer with a desire to win.
Responsibilities:
Manage publisher networks for predictable growth across all markets. Proactively manage an editorial content strategy to increase media coverage and drive sales. Identify and recruit diverse affiliate partners (discount codes, CSS, influencers). Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy. Manage affiliate partnerships for optimal performance and ROI. Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics, translating insights into actions. Collaborate with the marketing team to create affiliate marketing materials. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies. Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers. Lead the expansion of the affiliate program into new markets. Adapt affiliate strategy to different market dynamics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth market entry.
