2+ years of experience in a client-facing role with a technical focus, ideally within the SaaS industry. Strong background combining business acumen and technical expertise. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to build rapport with internal teams and client stakeholders. Background in IT and/or network administration. Familiarity with Active Directory, Mobile Device Management, Group Policy, and SysAdmin functions. B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
