Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture. 5 to 10 years of experience in architectural design. Experience with low-rise residential and hospitality projects. Proficiency in Revit (parametric families, freeform modeling, terrain modeling). Strong BIM coordination experience. Solid understanding of construction methodologies, materials, detailing, and multi-disciplinary integration. Proficiency in Navisworks. Professional level of English, both written and verbal. Portfolio is a must.
Responsibilities:
Work on high-end hospitality projects, focusing on technical development and detailing. Translate designs into coordinated Revit models and documentation. Develop technical layouts, assemblies, and details in Revit. Coordinate architectural models with other disciplines using BIM and Navisworks. Resolve and prevent coordination issues across disciplines. Build and manage project typologies, families, and detail libraries. Support tender and construction documentation preparation. Assist in developing project-specific systems and typologies. Provide quality control on Revit models and documentation. Collaborate with the procurement team on technical inputs. Stay updated with building systems and BIM automation tools. Supervise and guide BIM modelers and junior technical staff.
