Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as a technical recruiter (in-house or agency). Focus on engineering, product, and design roles. Proven success in recruiting for fast-moving SaaS or high-growth environments. Strong stakeholder management skills. Hands-on experience with Ashby or another modern ATS. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver hires quickly. Excellent communication and candidate relationship skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, design, and other roles. Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and sourcing strategies. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through outbound sourcing and networking. Run a structured, candidate-first recruiting process. Optimize workflows in Ashby (ATS), including job postings, stages, and reporting. Provide consistent communication with stakeholders, including pipeline reviews and forecasts. Analyze funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements. Contribute to employer branding, interview training, and recruiting operations. Achieve target of ~30 hires in the first half of the year.
