Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, design, and other roles. Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and sourcing strategies. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through outbound sourcing and networking. Run a structured, candidate-first recruiting process. Optimize workflows in Ashby (ATS), including job postings, stages, and reporting. Provide consistent communication with stakeholders, including pipeline reviews and forecasts. Analyze funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements. Contribute to employer branding, interview training, and recruiting operations. Achieve target of ~30 hires in the first half of the year.
