- Obtain prior authorizations for treatments.
- Review patient financial capabilities if insurance coverage is unavailable.
- Enroll patients into programs and submit required documentation via PDF or digital portals.
- Communicate with client staff to collect signatures on paperwork and prescriptions.
- Research and resolve outstanding concerns raised by clients.
- Assist with training and orientation of new employees.
