Requirements
- Originated at least $10M in mortgages in the last 12 months
- Demonstrated ability to self-generate most or all leads
- Minimum of 2 years of continuous experience as a licensed Mortgage Agent, Mortgage Broker, or Mortgage Advisor at a bank/credit union
Responsibilities
- Focus on building relationships and closing deals
- Leverage technology to automate 70% of workflow
- Automate client pipeline nurturing and opportunity identification
- Guide clients through applications
- Integrate Equifax soft credit checks
- Handle compliance and FINTRAC reporting
- Support client intake, document gathering, and appraisal bookings
- Keep referral partners informed of status updates
