Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales or cold calling (B2B preferred)
  • Proven track record in B2B lead generation and outbound cold calling
  • A stable internet connection and professional home setup
  • Comfortable making 100+ calls daily
  • Strong verbal communication and objection-handling skills in English
  • Results-driven, coachable, and highly organized
  • Experience with CRMs
  • Experience with dialers
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience with email automation

Responsibilities

  • Make 100+ outbound cold calls to prospects in various industries
  • Follow proven scripts while personalizing conversations to engage leads
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and book appointments for Account Executives
  • Manage and update lead information in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize outreach strategies
  • Meet daily/weekly activity targets including call volume, conversions, and meetings booked
  • Continuously test scripts, subject lines, and cadences to improve conversion
