Prior experience running product for or demonstrating deep familiarity with the creator space. A track record of operating at a senior product level, capable of defining product roadmaps and executing against them quickly. Proven ability to marry go-to-market strategy with product development. The ability to build scalable CRM and support structures required for managing a rapidly growing, global user base. Experience translating platform metrics and creator pains into actionable product decisions.

Own the Creator Experience: Oversee all creator-facing workflows, including onboarding, profile management, and marketing pages. Drive AI-First Tools: Strategically launch AI-first creator tools that assist with ideation, production, storytelling, promotion, and monetization. Manage System Integration: Assume product ownership of Vyro and integrate its intelligence systems into the holistic platform structure. Accelerate Growth & Retention: Develop and implement viral growth strategies and referral programs. Establish Operational Excellence: Define and build a scalable CRM and support ticketing system. Collaborate on Matching: Partner with the Head of Data and Head of Brands to optimize match quality and brand-creator outcomes. Define and Execute Product: Quickly define the product, write user stories, and work with engineers to meet aggressive six-month timelines.
