Responsibilities:
Manage customer requests including campaign adjustments, reporting, billing, and troubleshooting. Partner with Account Directors to execute customer deliverables accurately and on schedule. Monitor campaign performance and surface insights, trends, and opportunities. Prepare reporting, summaries, and performance narratives for customer meetings. Build strong day-to-day relationships with customer stakeholders. Guide customers on best practices within the MNTN platform. Identify and escalate account risks. Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce.
