Monitor campaign performance and surface insights, trends, and opportunities. Prepare reporting, summaries, and performance narratives for customer meetings. Build strong day-to-day relationships with customer stakeholders. Guide customers on best practices within the MNTN platform. Identify and escalate account risks. Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce.
