Previous experience working in a private wealth or private client team. Experience with estate planning is highly preferred. Proven track record of managing high-value or complex client accounts. Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and process improvement. Deep understanding of financial services workflows, client engagement strategies, or enterprise technology platforms. Strong organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Technical fluency with SaaS platforms. Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams. High emotional intelligence, attention to detail, client-first mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
