Requirements:
Master's degree required, preferably in Biology/Genetics; PhD preferred. 3+ years of commercial (sales/marketing/business development) experience or equivalent lab experience with customer-facing exposure. Strong Genetics and Molecular Biology foundation. Preferred knowledge of Next Generation Sequencing, Genotyping methods, Spatial and Cytometry. Deep knowledge and relationships with decision makers/influencers in Biotech and Pharma. Experience with strategic sales skills and proven ability to develop and grow key accounts is preferred. Candidate must be multilingual in English, German and French (at least 2 of 3 languages).
Responsibilities:
Provide expert technical consultation on Element Biosciences' capabilities and products. Establish and execute strategies for new customer acquisition and existing account growth. Develop and manage strategic sales plans and activities in the region. Manage customer relationships pre-sale and develop long-term business relationships. Ensure customer satisfaction is delivered and improved. Utilize and update Salesforce.com (SFDC) effectively.
