Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including the ability to read voltages with multimeters Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Excellent problem-solving and time management skills Must be able to work independently and manage priorities effectively Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required Must be able to do expense and mileage tracking, ready wiring diagrams, and run conduit Must be proficient in plumbing (pvc, pex, gal, etc) Effectively troubleshoot float switches, flow switches, centrifugal pumps, diaphragm pumps, submersible pumps, etc High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred At least 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance, field service, or a related role OSHA 10 certification, preferred
