Provide expert technical support on Biocare Medical instrumentation & products (remote and on-site). Provide product usage training, experiment optimization, and sales process assistance. Provide technical direction and support on product operation, maintenance, and usage. Complete job-related documentation including client communications, field reports, expense submissions, and CRM entries. Assist with Applications training, in-house Technical Support, and open territory coverage. Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer care, QA/QC, research, and development teams. Participate in tradeshows, seminars, and workshops. Optimize Biocare reagents on competitive platforms. Perform other duties as assigned.
