Lead and coordinate cross-channel marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, CRM, and more. Plan and execute performance marketing initiatives with clear KPIs: CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversions. Build and lead the content marketing engine — including blogs, video scripts, landing pages, and campaign messaging. Shape and evolve the BJAK brand voice and positioning across platforms. Manage creative production with internal teams and external agencies/freelancers. Analyze data and market trends to generate insights and strategic improvements. Collaborate with product, design, sales, and data teams to align marketing with business goals. Own the marketing calendar, budget, and resource allocation, making ROI-driven decisions. Support go-to-market (GTM) efforts for new products and features.
