Requirements:
- 2-3+ years in creative strategy, paid social or performance marketing (agency experience ideal)
- Track record of producing high-performing Meta/TikTok creative
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret creative performance data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong grasp of consumer psychology and what drives buying decisions
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance-driven creative strategies across Meta and TikTok
- Analyze creative performance data and translate into insights and testing plans
- Concept, script, and brief assets including UGC, high-production content, design, and motion
- Build and deliver detailed creative briefs for creators, editors, and designers
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure creative work is on-brand and performance-led
- Present creative thinking, insights, and recommendations to clients
- Stay updated on platform trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor shifts
- Manage multiple client projects, meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Contribute to improving internal creative processes
- Maintain proactive and transparent communication with clients
- Lead editors and designers by providing clear direction and feedback
