Proven experience in creative strategy writing hooks, scripts, and briefs for performance content (Meta ads, video ads, landing pages) Background in a fast-paced agency environment, ideally within DTC or e-commerce brands Deep understanding of Meta ad formats and what drives content performance Ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable creative direction Experience leading creative testing and iteration to identify and scale winning concepts Highly organised and proactive, able to manage multiple creative pipelines and timelines Confident collaborating cross-functionally with editors, media buyers, and account managers
