Responsibilities:
Run full-cycle recruiting for U.S.-based roles using Clera's AI-powered platform. Review AI-generated matches and identify the strongest talent. Interview and qualify candidates, presenting shortlists to hiring managers. Join client calls to clarify requirements and provide strategic hiring guidance. Act as a partner to clients, challenging unrealistic expectations. Own candidate pipelines end-to-end. Provide feedback to the engineering team to improve matching logic. Keep candidate notes and process documentation accurate. Prioritize across multiple searches and drive them to successful hires.
