6+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing mid-market and enterprise deals. Direct experience selling stablecoin, crypto payments, blockchain, or crypto infrastructure OR deep experience in cross-border payments, FX, and treasury products with an appetite for crypto innovation. Strong understanding of regulated stablecoin models, custody, rails, and counterparty risk. Practical experience working through KYC/KYB and compliance requirements. Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese is a plus. Experience selling to senior finance leaders (CFOs, Heads of Treasury). Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise procurement processes. Excellent consultative selling skills, including building financial models and negotiating contracts. Network of B2B relationships in targeted verticals. Comfort operating in a high-velocity startup environment. Experience using CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive or equivalent).
