6+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing mid-market and enterprise deals Direct experience selling stablecoin, crypto payments, blockchain or crypto infrastructure Deep experience in cross-border payments, FX and treasury products with a demonstrable appetite for crypto innovation Strong understanding of regulated stablecoin models, custody, rails and counterparty risk Practical experience working through KYC/KYB and compliance requirements for payments/treasury products Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese Experience selling to senior finance leaders (CFOs, Heads of Treasury) Managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise procurement processes Excellent consultative selling skills Build financial models, present ROI and negotiate commercial contracts Network of B2B relationships in targeted verticals Comfort operating in a high-velocity startup environment Experience using CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive or equivalent)
