1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in high velocity SaaS, healthcare, or technology Proven success in outbound sales, including prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals Strong understanding of sales methodologies and pipeline management Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Proficiency with CRM & sales engagement tools, particularly Salesforce and Outreach Self-starter with a growth mindset
