Experience from companies handling scalable data challenges is highly valued. Strong ability to define product roadmaps, execute against them quickly and resourcefully in an ambitious startup environment, and drive go-to-market strategies that enhance data efficiency, scale, and platform value. Experience building scalable data products, including hygiene, validation, and governance systems for managing a rapidly growing, global data ecosystem. Proficiency in translating metrics, user feedback, and data insights into actionable product decisions. Familiarity with tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar for product analytics. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a history of working effectively with engineering, data science, AI/ML, and business teams to deliver impactful data products. Comfortable in fast-paced environments, with a bias for action and the ability to navigate ambiguity while fostering innovation, especially in AI-driven data solutions.
