Requirements:
Technically proficient with platform features, integrations, and workflows. Adaptable and quick learner in dynamic environments. Technical and analytical mindset for problem-solving. Knowledge and/or experience in Retail, Marketplace, Digital Commerce, or Omnichannel. Experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solution Engineering. Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Guide clients through configuration, workflows, and integrations to ensure platform adoption. Provide technical support and guidance on platform features, best practices, and optimizations. Build client relationships, identify growth opportunities, negotiate renewals, and promote upsells. Lead sessions to align client goals with Weni's capabilities and address challenges. Track customer engagement, anticipate risks, and implement solutions to reduce churn. Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Product, and Support teams.
