Implementation Specialist (Client Success/Onboarding)

3+ years experience in implementation, onboarding, or project coordination/operations. Strong experience using Asana for task management and workflows. Extremely detail-oriented and process-driven. Comfortable doing repetitive, technical, and execution-heavy work. Strong written English communication. Confident asking questions and pushing for clarity.

Execute end-to-end onboarding for new clients, properties, and portfolio changes. Perform detailed, manual implementation work including data setup, uploads, and configuration. Work within Asana to manage tasks, workflows, and deadlines. Maintain clear status tracking for blockers. Support Client Success with operational tasks when onboarding volume is lighter.
