Requirements:
10+ years of healthcare or life sciences agency experience or experience in a fast-paced life sciences/healthcare organization. AOR/DAOR agency experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated client-facing presence and interaction with C-Suite level. Flexible and agile, with the ability to quickly change course. Strong analytical and strategic-thinking abilities. Ability to put together professional-looking documents and presentations. Strong presentation/public speaking skills. Ability to focus and work under pressure during tight deadlines with humor, tact, and professionalism. Must be able to be onsite at client 2-3 days per week in Princeton, NJ.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong client business relationships. Establish regular client communication to ensure satisfaction and profitability. Persuade clients as a trusted strategic partner. Guide client planning and provide industry knowledge. Understand omnichannel marketing concepts and campaigns. Drive account growth by identifying challenges and pursuing upsell opportunities. Collaborate with leaders to present effective solutions. Support new business efforts including strategy sessions and pitches. Ensure accurate management of account financials and reporting. Lead and report on monthly and quarterly forecast updates. Handle all client account elements from briefing to scope execution. Lead agency teams to deliver client work on strategy, time, and budget. Direct, coach, and motivate client services teams. Act as the client's internal champion. Contribute to business solutions aligned with client goals. Serve as a point of authority or source of advice for clients. Responsible for brand planning, strategic and tactical deliverables, and budget planning. Demonstrate influence and diplomacy in presentations. Build strong relationships with functional team leads. Exhibit effective working relationships across CGL capabilities. Lead teams to deliver work on strategy, time, and budget. Expert on client's business, customers, and competitive environment. Lead meetings and contribute strategically. Analyze progress, provide feedback, and implement strategies for success. Manage, guide, and coach direct reports. Mentor junior team members.
