Requirements:
6+ years of experience in agency and/or project management at an integrated advertising agency. 3+ years at the Senior Project Management level or above. Experience working with AOR or D/AOR clients within pharma strongly preferred. Multi-channel marketing expertise, including media planning and execution. Financial responsibility for up to $3M in revenue and oversight for up to $8M. Proven ability to lead complex projects, integrated campaigns, and large-scale product launches. Highly collaborative and solution-oriented. Exceptional communication skills. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Proactive problem-solver, skilled at anticipating roadblocks and mitigating risks. Expertise in project management tools and methodologies (risk, scope, change management). Skilled in meeting management and facilitation. Experience with software development life cycles, web technologies, creative design processes, and digital strategy preferred. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant project management software.
Responsibilities:
Own tactical planning, activation, and execution of work for large accounts or brands. Oversee teams in developing and executing project plans. Develop and maintain detailed tactical plans. Own project facilitation throughout the entire lifecycle. Oversee project scheduling, estimation, scope, budget, forecasting, and resourcing. Ensure projects are effectively estimated and budgets are managed. Ensure projects are scheduled, resourced, and delivered on time and within scope/budget. Oversee forecasting and make strategic decisions regarding resourcing. Document key decisions and analyze project health. Foster a culture of collaboration and motivate internal stakeholders. Set the tone for positive team interactions and adapt communication styles. Support strategic internal communications and presentations. Oversee maintenance of strong client relationships. Act as a key client point of contact for project communications. Engage in senior-level client presentations and strategic discussions. Proactively identify and mitigate client relationship risks. Champion existing tools, templates, and processes. Identify opportunities for process improvement. Lead by example in professionalism and problem-solving. Provide training, mentorship, and onboarding for new team members. Act as a subject matter expert on project management best practices. Support team resourcing decisions and departmental strategy. Effectively manage, guide, and coach direct reports. Mentor junior team members on best practices and client handling. Serve as an escalation point for project management teams.
