3-5 years of people management experience leading technical customer-facing teams. Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and uplevel teams in fast-paced environments. Strong understanding of APIs, data models, data warehouses, integrations, and SaaS architectures. High comfort and proficiency in communicating across diverse organizations. Intellectual curiosity, empathy for customer challenges, and ability to operate with high velocity.
Responsibilities:
Hire, mentor, and develop Customer Success Engineers. Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and clear communication. Establish performance metrics for customer outcomes and internal processes. Develop training and onboarding to improve team skills. Ensure rapid customer unblocking across onboarding, adoption, and usage. Lead complex technical escalations. Identify patterns to improve workflows, tooling, and knowledge-sharing.
