Requirements:
2-4 years in Customer Success, Client Onboarding, Coaching, or Account Management. Strong communication skills with excellent spoken English. High EQ and ability to build trust quickly. Ability to follow structured scripts while maintaining natural delivery. Comfortable guiding clients through decisions and providing clear direction. Tech-savvy and able to navigate multiple platforms. Confident presenting or speaking on Zoom. Experience in SaaS, AI, digital marketing, consulting, or startup environments is preferred. Experience onboarding clients into subscription or coaching programs is preferred. Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or CRM systems is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Lead structured 1:1 onboarding calls using a proven script. Build rapport and gather client background information. Assist clients with niche selection, offer creation, and business setup. Explain the 90-day roadmap. Ensure clients have certainty on their niche, offer, business name, and roadmap. Use internal AI platform to complete setup and document insights. Brief internal teams on client needs. Maintain high communication quality and handle client objections. Coordinate with support teams for post-onboarding handover and follow-ups.
