2-4 years in Customer Success, Client Onboarding, Coaching, or Account Management. Strong communication skills with excellent spoken English. High EQ and ability to build trust quickly. Ability to follow structured scripts while maintaining natural delivery. Comfortable guiding clients through decisions and providing clear direction. Tech-savvy and able to navigate multiple platforms. Confident presenting or speaking on Zoom. Experience in SaaS, AI, digital marketing, consulting, or startup environments is preferred. Experience onboarding clients into subscription or coaching programs is preferred. Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or CRM systems is preferred.
